Warranty & Returns
Every appliance we sell carries a 30-day warranty as standard, and we are the ones who honor it.
The 30 days included with every appliance
Every unit leaves with a 30-day warranty covering parts and labor, handled by us directly. If something goes wrong inside that window you call us, not a service line.
If we cannot fix it, we exchange it. That is the whole policy — there is no fine print underneath it.
This sits on top of the checks every appliance passes before it goes out. Refrigerators are plugged in and brought down to temperature, washers run a full cycle, and nothing reaches the floor untested.
Extended coverage, 1 to 4 years
Past the first 30 days you can add cover through Consumer Priority Service, a third-party warranty provider, for one to four years.
- Covers manufacturer defects with full parts, labor and in-home service
- $99 deductible per claim
- Available at 1, 2, 3 or 4 years
The price scales with the appliance, so the exact figure for each unit shows on its own listing under “Add extended protection”. On a mid-priced refrigerator it typically runs from around $30 for one year to roughly $140 for four.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days, provided the appliance is in the same condition it left in.
To be straight about how this works: returns are for appliances with a fault, not for a change of mind. If a unit has a problem we will put it right under the 30-day warranty first, and refund it if we cannot.
This is why the listings carry as many photos as they do. Every mark is documented before you buy, so the condition is never a surprise when it arrives.
